
Deb Aldrich graduated from the Univ. of N.H. with a major in microbiology and a minor in art. She worked in the sciences for 7 years before returning to the arts. She studied with Sister Vincent de Paul and Zyg Jankowski before returning to school at Mass College of Art from which she graduated with a major in painting. She has taught beginning watercolor for the Adult Ed. program at North Shore Community College as well as giving private lessons in her home. She has been a part of Cripple Cove Studios since its creation. Her primary focus for years was painting watercolor portraits but more recently she has become interested in subject matter which is much less tangible, some of which is part of our universe but not of our world.
