Lisa Engelbrecht has been a professional photographer for over 15 years. She is currently the owner of Creative Sparks Imagery, LLC – a photography company that specializes in travel, nature and portraits. Lisa has traveled extensively throughout Europe on photo assignments for a variety of deluxe travel companies. Lisa’s most recent work shows her passion for flowers, wildlife, beaches and other nature scenes photographed throughout her extensive travels. Lisa and her husband, Jim, are also the official photographers for the Miss USA® state pageants in Maine and Massachusetts.

Lisa has been published by National Geographic Traveler, National Geographic Expeditions, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Woman’s World Magazine, Tauck World Discovery, Viking River Cruises, Vantage Deluxe World Travel, Grand Circle Travel, Avalon, Microsoft Corporation, Abercrombie & Kent, GWV Vacations, TNT Vacations, Sunburst Vacations and various books.

Lisa Engelbrecht graduated from Endicott College in Beverly, MA with a degree in Commercial Art. Throughout her career, Lisa has been professionally engaged in a variety of fields to include: illustration, graphic design, art direction and photography. Lisa divides her time between Florida and Massachusetts.
